Spirit Lake is the northern end of our route: a classic lake town with cabins along the shore, newer lake homes on the hillsides, and timbered acreage running toward the Bonner County line. It is beautiful in July and unforgiving in January.
Properties here see more snow and colder nights than Coeur d’Alene, and many are empty from the end of boating season until spring. That is the stretch where a scheduled visit earns its keep.

Properties in the Spirit Lake shoreline, the town of Spirit Lake, the hillside lake-view lots and the timbered acreage toward Blanchard and the Bonner County line. If you are nearby and not listed, ask — the route is built around clients, not lines on a map.
