Elite: Private Estate Management, Perfected

Custom proposal

Multi-estate coverage · Uncapped rollover · 24/7 direct access · NDA onboarding

Elite is not a bigger Heritage. It is a service designed around one client, built from a private consultation rather than a menu. Multiple properties, a household calendar to sync with, staff to coordinate, and privacy requirements that go beyond a standard agreement: that is what Elite is for.

What’s included

Everything the Elite Plan Covers

Comprehensive Oversight

Multi-estate coverage under one relationship, 24/7 direct access to your estate lead, and project and vendor orchestration without limits.

Lifestyle Integration

Calendar-synced provisioning, private chef coordination, estate events and seasonal hosting, and white-glove liaison with your other service providers.

Complete Discretion

NDA onboarding for our team and every vendor, confidential billing and staff protocols, controlled access, and privacy-first documentation.

Custom Structure

Maintenance hours roll over with no cap. Concierge scope is structured around your household’s rhythm rather than a fixed monthly allocation.

Private Channel

Optional dedicated Slack, SMS, or Signal channel to your estate lead.

In practice

What a Month Looks Like

  1. Private consultation

A discreet strategy session, not a sales pitch. We learn the properties, the household, the calendar, and the constraints.

  2. Written proposal

Scope, cadence, hours, staffing, and a fixed monthly figure per property, with the discretion protocol spelled out.

  3. NDA onboarding

Agreements executed, access and communication protocols set, every property documented and loaded into your dashboard.

  4. Ongoing

Whatever the proposal says. That is the point.
