Do Hours Roll Over?
Evergreen & Heritage Plans:
Maintenance hours may roll over for up to 90 days, with a cap of 2x the monthly allocation.
Sentinel Plan:
No labor hours are included in this foundational monitoring plan.
Concierge Coordination:
Concierge hours do not roll over, due to the nature of our scheduling, vendor engagement, and hospitality staffing model.

Flexible Terms for Seasonal and Absentee Owners
Can I Cancel Anytime?
We understand the unique needs of luxury property owners. Our service agreements feature a 3-month initial commitment, followed by a flexible 30-day cancellation notice. You can also pause service during extended stays, with no long-term contracts or obligations.
Do You Work with Absentee or Seasonal Owners?
Most of our clients maintain multiple residences or visit their properties seasonally. We excel at providing comprehensive oversight during your absence, with detailed documentation and regular updates regardless of whether you're across the country or overseas.
Do you charge an onboarding fee?
Yes, for most plans. Our comprehensive onboarding ensures your estate is fully prepared for seamless service, including key coordination, full property walkthroughs, and vendor/systems intake. Evergreen & Heritage plans typically include a one-time fee of $495–$995, depending on complexity. Sentinel clients may not require this unless additional setup is requested. Advanced planning (e.g., EstateSpace digital onboarding) receives a tailored quote.
