He holds licenses in both contracting and real estate, giving him the technical and strategic capacity to care for North Idaho's most valuable estates. With a background in store management and customer-facing roles, Jeremy knows how to keep both properties and people cared for, without compromise.
Heather has spent her life in service to others, especially in roles that demand grace, discretion, and emotional intelligence. With deep experience in hospitality and high-end private service, she intuitively understands the rhythms of luxury estate life — from pre-arrival provisioning and lifestyle requests to quietly making a home feel complete before the owners walk through the door. Her calm presence and attention to detail bring warmth and elegance to every estate they care for.
